Favorite yoga moment(s)?  

Building this yoga studio with my husband. Practicing yoga with my family and friends. Seeing my mom practice dancer pose and my dad relax to gong music.

What has yoga brought into your life?

Yoga and meditation have brought me more energy to experience the fullness of life, more enjoyment in my body, more freedom in my mind, and a sweet and powerful community. Yoga gives me energy to be more creative in the world and extra energy for just the everyday stuff of going to the grocery store, getting my work done, and driving on I-40.  

What are you doing when you’re not teaching yoga?

When I’m not teaching yoga I’m cooking or hiking with my husband.  I might also be teaching French, writing, and/or practicing Zumba dances in the aisles of the grocery store.
