Kundalini Yoga

Use breath, sound, and movement to optimize your energy and health. This class follows established sets of yoga exercises and meditations to strengthen and soothe the nervous system. All levels: This class is wonderful for all amounts of yoga experience.


Sunshine Club

Tuesday outdoor yoga class. Fresh air and movement is a wonderfully healing combination. Great for all levels from beginnners to advanced. Sign up online ($15 drop-in or class cards) and you’ll receive information about the location for the class. (***Seasonal Class and weather permitting pop-ups***)


Yoga Express

Hatha yoga class for all bodies. In this class you’ll move through gentle warm-ups, a strenghthening yoga set and mental relaxation. Perfect for beginners and long-time practitioners alike.

Here’s what to expect for your first class:

  • No yoga mat? No problem! Grab a towel or blanket. Hard surfaces are easier for feet to grip so feel free to practice right on your floor.

  • What to wear? Whatever you feel comfortable in. Really! Wear whatever you feel comfy in and whatever you can move in. If that means your jammies, wear your jammies. If that means your stretchy jeans, wear your stretchy jeans. If that means leggings and a T-shirt wear that.

  • Make sure to drink lots of water.

  • Register online before you come to your first class We also respond quickly to emails to help you and answer any questions you have. There are no dumb questions!

  • We try to start promptly according to our schedule, so if you’re attending an online class try to log in 5 minutes before the class starts. Your instructor will log on at class time.

  • If you’re attending an outdoor session, you’ll receive an email with directions to the site and meeting place specifics.
